We humans have the ability to control the elements of water, air, earth, fire as well as ether. If the intention is set with your will (lower) the result will be bad, but in accordance with the will of God (higher) the result will be good. The elements demand our respect.
Educational experiences, I was guided to share when the Spirits of Fire appeared in this painting:
- We were 3 around a campfire in the desert. The fire had a hard time getting started, so I set the intention for help from the spirits of fire and immediately sparks flew up and out - too much out of control. We jumped around and put out embers to preserve the camp. With one more intention, the fire died down again.
2. Lama Karma Gyurme Rinpoche, Medicine Buddha (tantric healing), with whom I have spent a lot of time physically, he masters the fire element. He melts gold (from powdered form) in the palm of his hand using mantra and then puffs the liquid gold onto the pain area of the client's body. Before the gold hits the body, he cites another mantra so that it does not burn the skin but heals the imbalance. Rinpoche also heated tantric metal utensils in his mouth until they were glowing, without being red. These were similarly applied to the skin of clients with a healing effect, without burning pain. Thoughtful, isn't it? Lamas lead as examples of what we all can do. Remember to use the right will of God.
