Daily Meditation Routine<\/span><\/h2>\n

Toning to chakra balance!
\nWhen the sounds vibration spread to the rest of your body, your body becomes like a bell, where after you fill up the room so it is vibrating with the bell.<\/p>\n

Take 3 deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, and then 7 deep breaths with the following sounds on exhale:<\/p>\n

I ask all beings from 500 hertz and up from the entire Universe and Cosmos, as well as my higher selves, my authentic selves, and Galactic family to be fully present with and around me with all your divine guidance, healing, wisdom, truth, light, love, clarity and direction for me on my divine journey. I ask you to assist in creating a 100% strong permanent protection around me, here as well as on all timelines and dimensions. I ask that Father God\u2019s Will is my will in all that I think, say and do, and that everything being shared with me, is in full alignment with Sophia's and Father God\u2019s highest plan.
