Lots of the food you eat today you may think is healthy, but that is not always the case.

You should stay away from all foods and drinks of low vibrations as sodas, liquor, foods with artificial sweeteners and other chemical additives, all things deep fried, white flour products, colors, most dairy products and refined sugar.

And stay away from MSG, which is also known as Monosodium Glutamat, Natriumhydrogenglutamat, The Third Spice, E621 or Glucose Syrup.
MSG is the nicotine of the food and very addiction-productive. MSG is added in almost everything. Salats, dressings, meat, bread, noodles…..the list is endless.
MSG destroys the function and sugar metabolism of your milt-pancreas, which organ is the general of your digestion, just like artificial sweeteners do as well. It destroys your normal feeling of being full, make you eat much more of that specific food filled with MSG and make you floppy fat very fast. That’s why the food companies and chains are using this product as much as possible. You will then become an addicted customer. Be aware and look at all products and what they contain, and if you can’t see whats in it, stay away from it.

Stay away from meat of meat eating animals or animals feeded by additives as hormons for growing faster, medicine, penicillin etc. as for example pigs.
And stay away from lotions and soaps containing paraben of any kind, which is a hormone as well, and absorb-able through your skin into your blood. It is difficult for our human bodies to get rid of poison, it tends to stay inside of us. And it stays inside pigs as well. They have a body function alike ours.
And if you get sick yourself, you will likely be resistent for any medical treatment and/or even get allergic reactions. The outcome can be deadly.
In western countries it is very scary too but unfortunately usual that women can’t get pregnant because of hormone disturbances and that men’s seamen is deformed, all caused by added hormones in meat etc.  

Wheat has a similar story. Wheat is a massive production, and to cover the demands, it is gen modified. Our body do not evolve as fast as our technology, and products gen modified (changed from whats natural) like wheat is perceived as a stranger of our bodies immune system and creates a mess inside of us.

Stay away from especially vegetables, fruits and fish coming from strong poluted areas. They contain heavy metals.

Stay away from microwaved food of any kind, incl. popcorn and thawing. And NO heating of any baby food or milch. Microwaves is heated up from inside, which blows up the cell membranes (surroundings) within the food and kills everything in it. Microwaved food is totally without vitamins, minerals…or anything. It is dead. If you eat food from a microwave, you fill your body with a waste product, which creates a severe unbalance in the body. 

If you really want a full benefit of your energy on all levels as physical, emotional, mental and even spiritual, you have to go deeper in your perception and knowledge.

  • Its a fact and scientifically proved by a simple mix of a lectine (starch) from one kind of food into a drop of blood of a specific blood type, that some lectines in some kind of food makes clusters in the blood and for those blood types stops absorption of the healthy elements as vitamins of that food and stops the secretion of toxins and other waste products, so all kinds of imbalances, diseases, allergy, depression and aggression etc. can be the result.
    And where do these lectins destructable for your blood type go then in your body? They settle down in joints making arthritis, in the lungs making slime, in the stomach making bleeding, in the large intestine making constipation etc….etc….

  • It’s a fact that potatoes can provide migraine.
  • It’s a fact that dairy products can create stomach bleeding.
  • It’s a fact that trans-fat-acids from margarine products, even saying they are without trans-fat-acids, destroy the membranes of the body cells.
  • It’s a fact that margarine is but one molecule away from being plastic.
  • It’s a fact that seaweed balances metabolism diseases.
  • It’s a fact that the greener vegetables are even after short steaming, the more B-vitamins they contain.
  • It’s a fact that you loose/balance your weight by eating broccoli, kale and/or spinach.
  • It’s a fact that raw fruits and vegetables are higher vibrating and increases the spiritual growth.
  • It’s a fact that vegetables and fruit should make up 80% of your meals.
  • It’s a fact that garlic and asparagus cleans the blood.
  • It’s a fact that raw organic carrots cleans the body for toxins.
  • It’s a fact that lemon in water cleans the body.
  • It’s a fact that only pineapple contain the enzyme bromelain, which is brilliant in increasing the digestion process.
  • It’s a fact that garlic and white salad onions is antibiotic and good for the immune system.
  • It’s a fact that fresh, organic food is better that canned food.
  • It’s a fact that nuts, grains and dry fruits is the best snack alternative.
  • It’s a fact that positive vibrations from you or/and your surroundings will enter the food you eat, as well as negative. Intent good vibrations into your food!
  • It’s a fact that 4 liter of water a day can heal all kind of diseases.

As an additive to your daily food intake we only recommend 2 tbs. Udo’s Choice daily, which is perfectly balanced essential.
Do never cook with this oil, but keep it refrigerated, and use it natural over your salad, in yogurt, in juice or just from spoon.

Create colors in your meals as combinations of white, yellow, red and green. Play with it. And make it and eat it with the intention of love and gratitude.

Facts about food in general:

  • Meat – stay away from pork and goose. Turkey can be eaten by everybody.
  • Fish – prefer the deep-sea fishes incl. salmon.
  • Dairy – prefer organic soy products. Stay away from ice-cream.
  • Oil – use only good quality oliveoil or pure butter for cooking. Stay away from any margarine or blended butter product easy to put on the bread.
    Do never warm up any other oils for cooking.
  • Nuts – is the best protein supplement. Walnuts and almonds is recommended.
  • Grain – spelt is good on proteins and rinsed rice of any kind. Stay away from wheat.
  • Pasta – prefer spelt and rice pasta. Stay away from wheat pasta.
  • Vegetables – Broccoli, kale, parsnip, parsley and spinach are excellent for everybody. The possibilities of vegetables are magnificent. Be careful with night-shading plants as potatoes, tomatoes, aubergines, avocados.
  • Fruit – Apricot, pineapple, plum, figs, lemon, grapefruit, grapes, cherry, raisins, apple, pear and kiwi is good. Prefer the fruits of dark red or purple colors (best ph-value) in cherries, apples, plums and grapes. Stay away from rhubarb (destructive acid). Be very careful with melons (contain yeast spore) and orange, mandarin etc.
  • Spice – Curry and gurkemeje is excellent for the immune system (contains the most C-vit. compared to anything else). Ginger, parsley, garlic and seaweed is good. Use only canned organic sugar and sea salt. No refinery. Use lemon instead of vinegar. 
  • Drinks – Mineral water or good drinking water is essential for the body. 4 liters daily is recommended to clean out the daily incoming toxins. Green tea is an antioxidant stimulating the immune system, very refreshing and contains much more caffeine than coffee. A glass of red wine (of less acid) is good for the blood circuitry. Stay away from sodas and liquor.
