Thought-mind Clearing

Recommended daily Thought-mind Clearing Meditation (very important!).
The World’s most simple and downloaded effective meditation creating a silent mind and peace very rapidly and with the least effort. Everybody can do this without any knowledge in meditation technique ever.

Sit comfortable and put your hands in heart mudra – fold your hands naturally, let your forefingers cross pointing towards your body with the tips pressed together and let your thumbs tips be pressed together too.
You have now created a heart of unconditional love.

The left forefinger represents the pituitary gland and right side of your brain. The right forefinger represents the pineal gland and left side of your brain. The thumbs represent male/female, yin/yang, and right/left side of body.

Feel the balance!

Now open your crown chakra and imagine a tube of light streaming through your crown chakra, pineal and pituitary gland and out through your 3.eye. Within this tube of light visualize now free falling atoms (matter-muon light crystals) from the God source pouring through.

Scientists now about those matter-muon particles, that they enter this atmosphere of ours, they turn and disappear again, and so they do in other dimensions too. Where do they come from? Where do they go? What are their purpose? Those matter-muon crystal light cells in all sacred geometrical shapes are pounding us at this end of time cycle, because they clear all discordant thought-forms, thought-patterns and emotions into light.

Create one or bi-directional flow, as you finds it most convenient. Let these light crystals enter from both above into your crown-chakra and/or from your 3.eye constantly igniting and activating the center of your brain, your pineal and your zero mind consciousness.

The pineal gland is the shape of a pine cone and located in the center of your brain. The pituitary gland is the size of your baby finger nail and located in the front of and a little lower than the pineal.

The pineal gland is the only with no connection to the nerve system. It reacts upon frequencies only. From the pineal the light frequencies are spread into your body cells through the water. Water is the bearer of light. Light is the bearer of love. Where there is love, there is no fear.

Enhance now this thought-mind clearing by saying “SO” on the in-breath and “HUM” on the out-breath. This is the universal breath.

This thought-mind clearing will dissolve all discordant thought-forms, patterns and emotions not serving you any longer from any past, present and parents, genetic encoding, karmic cycles, lower vibrating negativities, dis-eases etc. Only that which serves your highest good will remain.

This will constantly activate your zero mind consciousness and automatically draw to you higher consciousness learning.

Practice at least 1-2 min once a day.

After a while this thought-mind clearing will happen automatically dissolving all discordant thoughts as soon as they enter your mind, holding you in the state of only positive thinking and a perfect health. If you wish to see anything change, change yourself! All things come from the one, and to the one all things return!
