Lightbody Activation & Self-healing

(for everyone!)

Gaia-Adonai Heart Octahedron within a sphere of multiple flowers of life, orbs, holograms/holomatrices of love. Those have many names. Omahara calls them Holomatrices of Love. Please visualize the Heart Octahedron in Gold.

This meditation below is highly recommended for daily practice or Full moon events individually as well as in groups, even if you don’t understand the mentioned expressions completely, you will make and feel the energy changes which is necessary at this moment of time, and be of a great help for Mother Earth Gaia as well as for yourself and all other sentient beings. This meditation will provide the magical release, heart transformation, protection and overall change you truly seek. When the change is manifested from within you, the change is manifested outside of you at the same time. This can immediately be perceived tangibly in your daily life.

Sit comfortably and place your hands in the heart-mudra. Take a few deep breaths and enter the silence within your heart.

Create a sacred space, a Sanctuary around you. This space is your Merkabah (here Aumkabah), your light body field, inter-dimensional vehicle to time/space travel, and your protection. With this created field around you, you will at all times be grounded, positive, balanced, have peaceful clarity and be God/Earth connected.

First visualize 3 Holomatrices of Love rotating around you (and/or the group) connected to your Higher Self, I AM Presence and God, all in one. You are inside the Holomatrices with the center connected to your heart. They can rotate clockwise (adding energy) or counterclockwise (releasing energy). Thought-create a Sanctuary in form of a temple over the top and below encapsulating the 3 Holomatrices being the main central chamber of the Sanctuary.

Visualize yourself seated in the center in the all-knowing, all-seeing, Eternal Elohim Eye of God. Thought-create a Gaia-Adonai Light-connection, an intelligence antenna and infinite Super DNA pillar of light, pranic tube in the center going all the way up to the heart of Father God Adonai and down to the heart of Mother Earth Gaia connected to your spine, encompassing your body and all your chakras.
This pillar of light is holding you in the Source of All There Is and is your Divine Light-connection.
Now draw in from above the essence of the heart of Father Adonai down through your light-connection and all your chakras into your heart. And draw in from below the essence of the heart of Mother Gaia up through your light-connection and all your chakras into your heart. Merge these energies creating a Gaia-Adonai Heart Octahedron in Gold around your heart rotating clockwise. You are the Gaia-Adonai One Heart Golden Being. Feel your heart pulsating the essence of Gaia-Adonai, Mother-Father, Goddess/God, Twin flame love in balance. Now expand this Gaia-Adonai Heart Octahedron out to encompass your whole light structure. You are the center of this light structure.

Now invite whoever you wish to give a healing into this light structure and sacred space of yours. Your hearts will be automatically connected by the Gaia-Adonai Heart Octahedron encompassing and You are the One Heart Being. Now ask your Body Elementals and Elementals to assist in this healing. Ask your Higher Selves, your Authentic Selves, your fully masteret Christ Selves of the light, your I AM Presences, God Adonai, and Mother Gaia to assist in this healing.

Tune into The Christ Super Consciousness Grid. You can visualize this as a golden Holomatrix of Love around the planet. This is electromagnetic and made of pure light and loving thoughts from each of humanity and holding the entire energy grid with vortexes and power places on Earth, and we are the ones who feed and hold this grid in balance, as it is totally connected to our energy grid within our bodies. Tune into this Super Consciousness Grid within and around you reaching all the way into the heart of Mother Gaia through all other grids of crystals and water. Superimposed upon this grid is continuously the Pure White Light directly from Source.

Start the Matter-Muon Crystal Light Cell Thought-Mind Clearing for at least 1-2 min. Make a continous flow, and “SO” on in-breath and “HUM” on out-breath. Create silence.

Call in and honor the presence of all the great masters, Avatars and Bodhisattvas of this planet, Mother-Father, Goddess-God, Gayatri, all the Ascended Masters, the Ancient, the Radiant and Shining Ones of Light, the Pleiadean Elders ,the 144000 Melchizedek Elders, the Golden Ones of the Melchizedek Order, the Great White Sisterhood and Brotherhood, the Galactic Council, our Galactic Family of Light throughout this Universe and Multi-verses, the Ones of the Great, Greater, and Greatest Central Sun. Call in and honor Mother Gaia, and Father Adonai, Thoth, Enoch, Metatron, Melchizedek, Michael, the Cosmic Christ, Maitreya Buddha, Medicine Buddha and all the other Buddhas, Lady Maria, Quan Yin, Sct. Germain, Lord Kuthumi-Agrippa, Master Jesus, Mary Magdalene, Jezebel, Guinevierre, Alchemaya and all the Solararchangels. All your Spirit and Master Guides and your Ministering Angels. Request and thank them all for being fully present within you, through you, and around you creating a strong coding of protecting around you, your beloveds and your planet reassuring that only that which embodies the highest light, love, truth, wisdom, knowledge and intention will enter you, and let this be in accordance with your present higher souls and the Divine plan of Mother Earth.  

Activate now your Holomatrix of Love, and your entire Aumkabah Field (light bodies) around you.

Now feel and sense a morphic resonance wave-form patterning going out from you whole body into eternity.
You are pulsating the essence of Gaia-Adonai, the Pure White Light of Source.
Be in this silence within you heart for a little while and announce for yourself: I AM ……(your name). I AM THAT I AM. I AM THE PURE WHITE LIGHT!

Now focus again on your Light-Connection going all the way up to the heart of Father Adonai and all the way down to the heart of Mother Gaia connected to your spine. Draw in from above and below the clearest energy into your entire being, into every single body cell down to the smallest atomic cellular level of DNA and RNA.

Visualize now an extra beautiful white Holomatrix of Love around you with your heart locked within its center.
This is your body computers and now it starts scanning your body for imbalances of all kinds, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
You are being scanned in all dimensions and timeframes leaving no issue behind.

Now you ethereally divide your body into 32 parts of the elements, meaning the 8 chakras including Thymus and then split up into the 4 element of Earth, Fire, Air and Water. This will open your body to receive your healing thought-intentions.

Focus now on your body and draw in continuing streams of smaller Holomatrices from the body computer surrounding you into your body where you keep your healing intent.
Holomatrices from all around you will merge around the selected area. You can heal anything you want with this technique. Your organs, tissues, skin, muscles, scars, hormonsystem, blood circuitry, senses etc. There are no limits.

Emotions you heal through you heart. If any emotion as anger, fear, recentment or whatsoever negative is observed start releasing these emotions by spinning a white Holomatrix around your heart counter clockwise first until you simply feel the release has taken place.
It is ok to react with tears. Allow, accept, give it love and let it go!
After that, you thought-intent the white Holomatrix in your heart to spin clockwise filling you up again with the pure white light and love from Source. If you want any assurance that this process is completed for now, you can ask your guides and angles to give you a sign in the form of touching you in a specific place or whatever you feel is right for you.

When this healing is done you command the body computer to send laserbeams into each of your selected Holomatrices in your body. Visualize these. They contain the combination of color, sound and vibration perfectly tuned to each Holomatrix empowering the entire healing. It is a kind of a light-show!

Now you activate your original Divine Blueprint. The absolute perfection of God Essense, the Divine Spark of Light, that you are from within your heart.

Now from within your heart emerges infinite numbers of small Divine Blue Matrices spreading and encompassing your entire body and light bodies. Your original healthy state of being are activated.
Feel yourself as totally pure white light.

Divine consciousness encodings to release original thought forms and past attachments: I take responsibility for my present condition. I release the effect as I have released the cause. As I clear all original thought forms and emotions, I change my present reality with love! I release all remaining un-serving thought forms, behavioral patterns, densities, habits, issues, or any blockages that may limit the healing and I allow the perfect healing to take place, transforming my physical body into a perfect vehicle of ascension into light. I request for the perfect blueprint to be activated so I release myself from past life cycles, DNA imprints, contracts, karma, lack of love and other limitations. I allow myself to be transformed by unconditional love so that I release all attachments, ties, and connections that do not serve my higher goal and I seek to absorb the lessons of my human experience so I may not repeat them, instead choosing only divine experience.

I command a fully purification of body, mind, speech and soul of all negative lower energies and karma from all levels and areas of life, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual and from all time-frames and dimensions. It is now highly recommended to visualize or focus on Medicine Buddha and repeat this mantra 108 times (number of beads in a Mala), but even a few times make a big difference. This mantra and focus on the Medicine Buddha empower you to attain enlightenment. It will increase your healing powers both for you and others, and decrease all physical, mental illness and suffering. It is eliminating pain on all levels.
