If we are in balance, Mother Earth Gaia will be in balance which not only will benefit the entire humanity and other living beings, but IS necessary for our physical survival.
Balance must be attained in our 5 elements within our being, as well as balance of Father/Mother God, masculine/feminine, yin/yang and give/receive.
